Sounds like you have multiple protagonists. Many novels have "side plots" (otherwise, they would not be complex enough to be novel length), but it's acceptable for a novel to have multiple plots that have equal importance (e.g., three main plots instead of a main plot and two side plots.) Just consider this: Each of your storylines has a premise of its own. Each has a main character with a goal, who is hindered by a conflict, which is created by an antagonist.
