So... some advice?

The story I'm slowly putting together has no real Antagonist as a person as much as a group. How do you profile a group using the form provided, which I really like.

My idea is a nameless, faceless, entity that is coming after the main character without any single person being revealed. It is only known as the Conclave. I know real snazzy right!?

There isn't a lot know about it, even I haven't worked it all out just yet. Has anyone done anything to outline a group that might have a format they could share to get me on track?
