Day 14 is a Freebie Day on the calendar, along with the other multiples of 7 (which are all Sundays). None of the Freebie Days show up on the entry log, and there's a dummy cell for them on the log spreadsheet just to show where they are. Day 7 was the same way.

I see your Day 13 (Contest Round) entry was logged, but not yet the Day 15 (Cultural Setting) entry. In any case, it has nothing to do with the Contest Round judging.
