For us writers, we have the "Dear Me" contest on WDC, which really is a great way to frame your writing goals/resolutions for the new year and I highly recommend you give it a look. I've entered a couple of times. (I never won), but again, it's a great way to "set" your goals for the new year. If you have a sec, give it a look.
