Just a last bit of up-date. What they failed to mention yesterday was that this mandatory blackout was scheduled to happen in 3 phases. Phase # 1 is already in affect, and it involves the counties south of me. Phase 2 was to begin today at noon (Pacific time) but has been delayed till "maybe" this afternoon. I am not sure what counties will be involved. Phase # 3 (I am in this one) may happen or may NOT happen at all, don't know. It is the old cat and mouse game and will have to wait and see.

I am busy with # 11 assignment, which will put me a little bit ahead. Thank you all for your responses.
