Things really don't start until October 1, but nothing says you can't start preparing for that day now. So start making notes, start with assignment #1, or maybe you'd like to get the first contest entry wrapped up. The protagonist backstory is important to your novel, so perhaps you'd like to start thinking on that. Okay, so you work on your assignments as you can. Then you log your progress on the spread sheet so we can track your progress, all assignments have to be completed within 72 hours. Contest rounds can be entered as well. We'd love for you to enter the contest so we can read what you take so much time to write! OctoPrep is a good way to get your thoughts in order for the real test, which is NaNoWriMo. Writing.com is not affiliated with NaNoWriMo, but recognizes that preparation for something as big as writing a novel is important. And while we're at it, why not make it fun! Queen Norma Jean presents a gift to you! Faith in your ability to do the impossible! |
