I also have a profile sketch, if you are interested. It is very in-depth. I made it myself and tried to make it suitable for all genres. The first link is the form. You will notice there are several questions at the bottom that would be suitable for fantasy and sci-fi as well.

The second link is a filled out form of one my characters. You will notice that I added more questions to cover her type of personality.
