Taking a quick skim of your portfolio, you seem to have settled in quite well.
I have no real answers to your screenwriting queries though (as that isn't my forte), but I'm sure by now you must have heard about this group: "The Screenwriting Group" Open in new Window., if not, I encourage you to join and find like-minded individuals.
