I want to eat "BHELPURI" today It is an Indian dish with lots of flavours mixed together. ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** Oh no! My mouth is literally watered by its mere name. It's so spicy. Yum yum!! So here's the recipe: PEOPLE: 2 people TIME: 20-25 minutes (although it depends) INGREDIENTS: 2 tbsp finely chopped onion 2 cups 'murmura' or puffed rice 1/2 tbsp black salt 2 tbsp roasted grounduts 1 finely chopped chilly 1/2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp sweet tamarind chutney 1/2 tbsp red chutney 1/4 tbsp roasted cumin powder 1/2 tbsp green chutney 1 small finely chopped tomato 2-3 coriander Leaves PROCEDURE: Add onion to 'murmura'. Then add roasted groundnuts, chopped tomato, chilly, cumin powder and black salt. Mix them well. Then add lemon juice, tamarind chutney, red chutney, green chutney to it. Mix them well. Now it is ready to serve. Garnish the bhelpuri with coriander leaves on top of it. Enjoy with your friends and family. Pro-Tip: For making it taste crispy or to make it drier, add 'papdi' to it. It will taste amazingly delicious. ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** |
