It's your project; if you've completed the assignment to your satisfaction, I'd think you can log it. Keep in mind you can always update or change it later as the work progresses and things change. All the profile sheets linked in the assignment are just for your benefit; you don't have to use them if they're not suited to your style.

That said, if you have questions about individual items you're unsure about, you could ask in here and someone (probably not me) might be able to shed light on it.
