This is from K.M. Weilands workbook on outlining your novel. She explains the "Character's situation as being the character's problems and limitations as defined by his normal world. Then it asks "What is the character's personal condition at the beginning of the story," but she offers no explanation but goes on to ask "How is it going to be changed, for the better or the worst, by the protagonist himself or the antagonistic forces." Then she moves on to his objective. I haven't a clue as to what she means. Kristina |
