I get you, you live in a time zone that is not represented in the countdown to NaNoWriMo list. What you'll have to do is work out which is closest to you, and add or subtract an hour for each time zone distant you are from that city.

So, if for example your nearest city on the list were Tokyo: on 19 days 18 hours 28 minutes, and you were an hour ahead of Tokyo, you would subtract one hour giving a time of 19 days 17 hours 28 minutes.
