Thanks for the creative options! One of the ways I've added to my word count, corrected things I didn't like or made note to correct them for later, and not really wasted time is by either putting things in all caps. The all caps makes them easier to spot, not to mention, they aren't going to get mixed up and assumed to be part of the official text. Here's an example of what I might do... She smelled the rose which tickled her nose NOT SURE I WANT THOSE RHYMING and then smiled at him. "What do you think?" THIS MIGHT BE BETTER IF THE QUESTION COMES FROM HIM INSTEAD OF HER.
