Iffen ya wanna do sumpin likea dis, then usually readers can follow, buta liddle more dan dis mighta be'a too mutcha accidental accents. Usually, if you spell like ou or the character speaks it can work, but pay attention to consistency. Another approach is to havre a translation or some way the reader can understand what is being said. It's been a very long time since I read the Hobbit and the rest of the serier, but I recently watched the movies. The orcs had their language and so did the I believe dwarfs and fairies. I'm sure this was presented in a way the readers could understand. When I have the time to read this series again, I will.
