Yes. In fact, that's the only way to be eligible for an award.

Seriously, you can do any of the assignments early, do them in any order. So as long as we receive the survey form with the Contest Round info between the start of Prep and noon WDC time on the Sunday following the Contest Round prompt day, we'll add them to the judging list. Part of the survey form asks which Contest Round you're entering; be sure to select the appropriate one for your entry. But there's no reason why you couldn't do, say, Week 2 before Week 1.
