Don't think about the big picture at the moment. Just take it one day at a time. Let the exercises come and do them as best you can, coincentrating only on each as it's there. If you're feeling overwhelmed, break it down into smaller chunks, and the activities here will help with that. I know you've probably heard that before, but sometimes it's good to remind ourselves that each brick put together builds a house. |
