So now that you know that a part of you wants to quit and is using all sorts of 'great' arguments to persuade you to do so, it's time to get SUBVERSIVE. "Oh yeah, think I can't do this do ya. Well I'll show YOU!" "I'm going to write and enjoy the whole thing - so what if I don't 'win' - I am going to ENJOY myself okay - so butt out and let me get on with it." "If you don't let me get on with this I'm going to set my MUSE on you, and then we'll see who's sorry."

Okay enough of my thoughts, but you get the picture. There are loads of reasons - easily as many reasons why you should go ahead and enjoy this activity as there are to not. There are well meaning and helpful folk here to encourage and help you. BUT forget all the pressure - it isn't - it really isn't about anything else but writing and writing for pleasure. You know you like to write - else you wouldn't be here in WDC at all, so throw a sock at your negative self's little voices (I find a worn one works best), and enjoy yourself.
