I meant literary as an abbreviation of "literary classics," as in, books your English teacher makes you read. Often those works are (or were, in their day) popular, as well, which is why there's crossover. No English teacher ever required me to read King (they arguably should, and chances are, he will be required reading after he's dead. ![]() Storm Machine, you and I have discussed this trick often in the past, and I think it's worth sharing publicly: Start your story, write until you find your groove and the story gets interesting, then delete the boring first part forever.
