Ever hear of the blue zones? There is one in the US - Loma Linda, CA. It just happens to be where Seventh-day Adventists live. I happen to be a member of that church. We believe in eating a healthy, sometimes vegetarian or vegan diet, ( I don't ), exercise, and a strong faith in God or a higher power. We also believe in taking good care of our bodies by not smoking or drinking alcohol.

A lady in my church is in her late 80's. lives alone, and has the most amazing garden and yard in the world. She is my inspiration for gardening.
