My son works for KFC. Most of his friends who work nfast food work in Hungry Jacks (our equivalent of your Burger King).

In Australia, Maccas is ubiquitous, but their market share has been shrinking for many years. The only kids who work there can't get jobs anywhere else because they are known for paying the worst of all jobs.

Anyway, I asked my son. 4 of his friends/people he knows work or have worked at Maccas. He is at university at the moment, and stood up in the break in the lecture to ask everyone there. Out of around 100 people, 6 put their hands up.

In the USA that might be the case, but it does not appear to be so in Australia.
