That can happen on Mondays because Sunday is a freebie day. If you post early on Saturday, and then not again until late on Monday, your time elapsed between posts passes the 48 hour mark. Your time elapsed on the log will turn orange ("caution!") And the cheerleaders are on top of sending you reminders when you're in the orange to make sure you don't lose track of time and accidentally exceed 72 hours between posts.
