I can understand how this would bring a hiccup to your routine. It sounds scary, but you may find this is the best thing for you and your sleep. Make sure any side effects (like dry nose) are discussed with your care providers and see what can be done with them. Most of the people that I know with a CPAP do adjust to it and appreciate the quality of sleep they get afterward. I hope that is what happens for you. |
