I noted something interesting about my sprint speed, which has nothing to do with my poopy typing qualities.

In my story it's Day 1 after the "Big Bang" (= the unlucky couple confronting each other), and now they're tiptoeing around each other as if the other's a bomb that might go off at the slightest vibration, both wanting to come back together but especially he being revulsed by her.

Although the story's definitely there, and could be put down in "normal" speed, I catch myself "slowing down" in the way that I'm almost as reluctant to write this part of the story as Vince and Laura are to address the elephant in the room.

You note that, too, about your sprinting? That it's speed varies with the mood your story puts you in?
