Strictly speaking, items that are marked E-mail Only are not reviews. Yet they provide feedback to the author. Would such E-Mail Only 'reviews' count toward one's review tally?

I ask because I have to provide comments to an E-Mail Only item. The item was submitted as an entry to "WDC L'il Helper Contest"

on the very subject of deciding how-to allow ratings, reviews or comments when creating an item.
