I think from time to time we all need a safe space to come to and let things out, vent, and share. I am no physiatrist but I am a very good listener and everyone on WDC is welcome to join and share as much or as little as you would like. Even if you are just having a bad day and want a place to join in or are even unhappy about something, hurt, or anything else. Writing is another to journey through it. You can also post any message, asking for comfort and so forth. Please remember, this group is not managed or maintained by a professional in any counseling, But I am a really good listener. After all, we do wanna be heard. And this is our safe space. Mental Health is an issue and it falls under many things. This is a place for support and so much more. This place is not just for mental health issues all are welcome here.
