He turned and walked back into the jungle.
The fog that had hidden the island at first began to close in on Kanya and Riley as they marched on.
"My feet hurt." Josh whined after a time.
"Mine too, Josh. Let's just sit for a bit alright?" Then Kanya removed the brown envelope and matches again. She reached into the bad again and pulled out a pair of waterlogged spats. They'd be perfect for something, Kanya knew. Then she turned her attention to the matched and envelope. She piled some of the bills on the envelope and began striking matches. Soon she had a blazing fire going. indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
