Central International Airport This choice: Festus Wheater is declared dead. • Go Back... Kanya watched as Justin and Victoria preformed CPR on Festus Wheater. The procedure was taking its tole on the pair. Justin, sweat rolling down his forehead, paused to wipe sweat from his eyes. As he did so, Victoria took over the job of pounding on Festus Wheater's chest.
Kanya looked down at Festus Wheather's chest as Justin again took the over the job of pounding on the man's chest. In that moment, she thought she saw him take a breath. However, a few minutes later, Justin leaned back and looked at Victoria.
"Does he have a pulse?"
"No," Victoria said, as tears ran down her cheek, "I think... it's been too long.. I think..." she could not go on. She glanced back at the section where her husband's body lay. "Is he dead, too?"
"Yes," he scowled, "does anyone else need our help?"
"No..." Victoria cried, one of the stewardesses help her up, guided her to an empty seat, and helped her put an oxygen mask on her.
Justin got up, considered returning to his assigned seat, but then took an empty seat next to Victoria and put on his oxygen mask.
Kanya continued to stare at Festus Wheather for few minutes and then returned to her seat.
