Central International Airport This choice: You tell this guy to shut up • Go Back...Chapter #5Escape! by: Egg   Jessica smiled sadly at Archie. "You'll have to excuse me, Archie, as I'm not feeling too well." She stood up and went to the bathroom.
God, when I said yes I never expected him to go on for so long! she thought to herself as she washed her face. It was too much to listen to when she thought of what she had to do when she reached Paris. She only had two days in which to sort her life out before she got moving again. It had felt like this for the last five years of her life - leaving somewhere, trying to get back somewhere else... the last thing she wanted was to hear about Archie and his dead hooker wife. She took a deep breath and returned to her seat.
"Are you feeling okay, miss?" Archie asked, concerned as she sat back down. Jessica reached for her bulky notebook.
"Not really, Archie, but I'm going to have to do some work just now and the I'm going to have a nap. There's a new Tom Cruise movie on the TV - why don't you watch that?"
Oblivious to the fact that he was being given the push-off, Archie obliged and did as he was told while Jessica started preparing for the what was going to greet her in Paris.  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
