About This Author
My name is Joy, and I love to write.
Why poetry, here? Because poetry uplifts its writer, and if she is lucky enough, her readers, too. Around us, so many objects abound to write about. Once a poet starts with a smallest, most trivial object, he shall discover that his pen will spill out what is most delicate or most majestic hidden inside him. Since the classics sometimes dealt with lofty subjects with a lofty language, a person with poetry in his soul may incline to emulate that. That is understandable. Poetry does that to a person: it enlarges the soul and gives it wings. Yet, to really soar, a poet needs to take off from the ground.

The Case of Aloft National Bank Robbery Chapter #4Check on you sister. by: Unknown When Ben had decoded the message from Jessica’s ex he read it to her, and they both just stared off into space not knowing what to do.
The message said, “Check on your sister.”
“Do you suppose she has been in contact with Bob?”
They decided to go to her sister’s house and what they found caused them to reel with discuss. Sherry lay upon her bed with a gag in her mouth and both her hands and feet bound with what looked like bras. She was unconscious and barely breathing. Ben called 911 while Jessica took pictures. She wanted the evidence to be viewed so no doubt clouded the minds of the detectives.
Sherry groaned and stirred, but she didn’t open her eyes. Ben tore the gag off her mouth and untied the bonds around her hands and feet. The medics arrived and started an IV drip in her arm and carted her off to the hospital. Ben and Jessica stayed behind to check the room over for clues.
Tucked under the pillow Sherry’s head had rested upon was a note from the robber of Aloft National Bank.
Ben decoded this note, also, and read it aloud… indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
