I am here to review your wonderful new activity!
Overall Impression:
As soon as I saw the banner for this on the newsfeed I was intrigued. I love the fantasy genre, and I especially love dragons, and the artwork you posted was just amazing. When the activity itself was revealed I immediately wanted to join. It's a wonderfully creative idea that adds a lot to the site.
In this activity members purchase one or more eggs. They can hatch these eggs and grow their dragons by being active around the site. The event encourages active, positive membership on various fronts, by rewarding experience points needed to grow your dragon for writing, reviews, contest and activity participation, interaction and kindness to other members. Rewards are earned at various stages of growth, giving people solid targets to work towards. As there is no set deadline, everyone can work towards these goals at their own pace.
There are several pages linked to this event. All are beautifully laid out. The art, as said, is amazing. The layout is clear. The rules, which may seem daunting at first, are well-explained. Whilst it may take a moment to absorb everything, actual participation is straightforward. Once you have your egg, you choose tasks from the given list, complete them and post proof of completion.
There is an element not yet revealed: the arena. This will open when there are dragons who are big enough to compete. I had a question about this which was swiftly answered - I did not enjoy the idea of harm coming to my dragons, even if they are fictional. Thankfully, it's a friendly competition.
All in all, I am impressed. I feel that Dragon Vale will inspire increased activity and community spirit. I can't wait to see my eggs hatch and my dragons grow!

I do have some suggestions, dear event host. I hope that you shall find them helpful!
Rules Section:
 Get you Customized Signature and Rare Trinket...
'you' should be your.
Note: It is unclear if participants will receive a signature of their dragon(s} to keep for themselves/display in their portfolio, or if they will only be available to be seen on event pages. It would be nice if participants can have a signature of their dragon to keep for themselves. It would help strengthen the bond and be an incentive to grow the dragon. It would help with event promotion, too!
Under rule 6 - they would keep after mergeng dragons from the same rarity...
Little typo - 'mergeng' should be merging.
Also under rule 6 - all three gets 100 XP...
'gets' should be get.
Under rule 8 - VisitThe Dragon...
There is a space missing between 'Visit' and 'The'.
FAQ:
These are needed in Battle Arena.
I would place the word 'the' before Battle Arena.
Does a Dragon comes with...
'comes' should be come.
It comes with a default attribute points.
I recommend deleting the word 'a'.

I want this activity to be active overtime.
I think that 'overtime' should be over time.
The Attributes Section:
Dragon Attribute is important in Battle Arena.
I would place the word 'the' before Battle Arena.
Tamer has the freedom to set the Dragon Attribute at certain percentage accordingly.
I suggest: The Tamer has the freedom to set the Dragon Attributes at their chosen percentage.

I would change 'are' to is.
Write a story or poem using your Dragon as one of the characters (Dragon's name must be present)
It is not clear if this is once only, or per dragon a person might adopt.
Win in the current year of the Quill.
'Quill' should be Quills.
Note: As the 2023 Quills are held in 2024, this could do with a clarification whether or not a win would count towards XP, or if this could first be claimed in 2025 for a 2024 Quills win.

This is an excellent event, which I believe will make a difference on this site. Thank you so much for hosting it.
I did have a number of suggestions, but they're mostly just little typos. Considering the amount of text on the page, it's understandable. I don't think they take away from the actual event. It deserves a 5 out of 5, and that is what I will give it.
