A Review From The Bank Of Braavos Title: Haiku and Senryu Hi: I am Megan, one of the sly foxes. First Impression: I have never written Haiku or Senryu. I was curious and I saw this forum and I would read and see how this works. I started to read this and I wasn't disappointed. I have never looked up the meaning in the dictionary of Haiku and Senryu. I was happy to learn what they are. I find it hard to write a poem in a few sentences. Others make it seem so easy. What needs your attention: Maybe you will want to do this contest in the future and advertise on Newsfeed. The rules seem to be consistent. Post examples of Haikus and Senryu. Just a thought. The part I liked best: Telling what a Haiku or Senryu is. The ground rules are reasonable as well as the prizes. This gets the reader's attention. I like the poems that were submitted. They made me smile. I wish I could write these,. Looks like you can use any subject. I enjoyed reading the submissions. Overall Impression: A good style and easy to follow. Creative and colorful. The rules are clear and give good details. Looks like you enjoy Japanese Poetry. A good overall presentation.
