A changeling spirit,
constantly evolving,
revolving around an inner core,
spinning forth legend and lore,
stories and lives
as I come to grips
with who and what I am,
have been and may be.
I am a phoenix:
rising ever above and beyond!

Hi fyn,

This is a fantastic poem. The tone is formal. It suits the poem and subject matter very well. The poem is about a Robin who is looking for a place to build its nest. I love poems which tell stories. I loved this poem and read to the last word. The Troisiemme poetic form works well in this poem, and you have handled it very well. The number of lines and stanzas are perfect for the form. The meter is consistent from line to line. The poem flows extremely well. It is a pleasure to read. You have used punctuation and grammar consistently in this poem. There is nothing to distract the reader from their reading pleasure. Great job.
