Hello, Kenzie!

INITIAL IMPRESSION / OVERVIEW:

*Bulletg* Thank you for sharing your breast cancer journey with us via your Writing.Com blog. I am touched by your vulnerability and bravery and will keep you in prayer for healing, comfort, peace, wisdom, and strength.

*Bulletg* Your writing kept me riveted and full of compassion and prayer for you and I read straight through to the end.

MORE DETAILED FEEDBACK:

*Bulleto* While I am doing this review for a challenge, I do want it to provide value for you and I hope you enjoy this review as a celebration of your time here and find the review uplifting.

*Bulleto* You engaged my senses and emotions and stirred me to pray for you and your family again as I read this personal blog post/ health update of yours.

*Bulleto* I was so glad and relieved that your medical team was able to find a non-surgical path for healing your breast cancer. I can only imagine that your relieve is much greater. Though it's still a major ordeal, dealing with cancer at all, and having to take medicines with potential side affects and all the medical appointments, plus all of your other health challenges and the complications of the additional stressors you've shared in previous blog posts. My heart goes out to you, dear Kenzie.

*Bulleto* I was also really glad that it's a slow-growing tumor and that you don't have the HER-2 gene. Whew. Thank the Lord!

*Bulleto* I loved the "anti-hormones" phrase. It made me smile, maybe because of the moment of considering took me out of the seriousness for a moment. Yes, I knew exactly what you meant, and I don't know the medical term for it either. I hope and pray that God shows your doctors just the right balance of medicines to use to heal you from the cancer and not make any of your preexisting conditions worse.

*Bulleto* I didn't notice any spelling or grammatical mistakes (or mistakes of any kind) in your personal blog post/ health update.

*Bulleto* I thought the genres you selected were perfect for your overall blog. I find it hard to pick three genres to cover a big blog or set of stories or poems. You did well!

IDEAS TO MAKE YOUR PIECE STRONGER:
In the spirit of helpfulness (and because of the rules of Tour de Ports review challenge I'm in require that, I have a suggestion to make your piece stronger. I'm having to dig deep for this as I really thought your piece was well done as it is though. I also think such an emotional and personal piece should be left to stand on its own. So if you want to skip this part, no worries at all! Just move on to the next section and know that I enjoyed your personal blog post/ health update, care about you, and am praying for you.

*Bulletv* The only thing I can think of, and I'm not sure that it's needed, is to add a thumbnail picture to your main blog. I believe if you do that, it will show on every blog post. Photos are real attention getters so it could make it so that you get more readers, and hopefully that would lead you to having even more people praying for you. Photos also add color and interest, so if you wanted to add one in the body of the blog post, that could be neat too. Even a breast cancer awareness ribbon or something could make it more colorful.

CONCLUSION:
*Bulletv* You have a great writing style and I am hoping and praying that the medicines will do the trick and you will be totally healed.

*Bulletv* Thank you for sharing your time, creativity, heart, spirit, healing journey, and writing with the Writing.Com community!

*Bulletv* I hope the year ahead is filled with much healing, blessings and joy for you!

May love, joy and peace be yours in abundance!
PWheeler
