I am a 40 year old married mother of two teenage boys. I live for writing, especially romance. Love the happily ever after scenerio. The best thing about writing for me is the ability to lose yourself in your work, and feel as if you've accomplished something great. At the end of the day, that's all that really matters.

Hi, Purple!
What a cute story! As a woman sits by the pool on vacation, she writes about an alluring guest at the hotel she's had eyes on. I enjoyed the ending where we are informed she is writing about her own husband!

I'm not sure this story had any kind of conflict, but perhaps I'm wrong. I'm still relearning a lot of the different kinds of conflicts and resolutions in stories... Regardless, I think the story flowed well and it was humorous. I wouldn't have guessed that were to be the way it ended and I still really enjoyed the story.

Overall, I thought this was a really fun piece about a couple on vacation. While the wife fantasizes about hooking up with this gorgeous man at the hotel's pool, we come to find out she's fantasizing about her own partner. It was sweet in that way, and worked extremely well as a romance flash fiction. Great job!
