Suddenly I realize He was the perfect man, Sent to earth an example for we who were blind, To His perfection relative to our imperfection, A gift of knowledge this world wondrously designed. He taught us that love is key to eternal life, A cure for death and destruction of each other, We only need to reach out to those who are suffering, For we are the keepers of the welfare of our brother. Look back and see how we, in complete ignorance, Tortured and killed the Guide come to light the way, Exposing the ugly truth of how twisted souls can get, There's no difference between them and us alive today. What if He comes back to give us a second chance? Would we choose to again destroy a sinless living creature? When looking forward, my friends, learn from the past, Let's make sure we do it better in the future.
