I don't care what people say, Today's not an ordinary day, It's the time we're back together with our friends, With brand new clothes and shoes, How can we sing the blues, Back to school's where the fun never ends. Back to school is such a thrill, Back to school to learn a skill, With a great big bag of books we'll skip along. When we see our teacher's smile, We could skip another mile, But we'll sit down in our seats and sing this song. Hi-De-Hi-De-Hi-De-Ho, Off to school we gladly go, Hi-De-Hi-De-Hi-De-Hi, Ours is but to question why, We are students out to learn about the world. We are students out to learn about the world. We'll learn our history, It's the story of you and me, We'll read and write the English rules we learn. In Health class, Gym, and Math, We'll stay the honest path, Be proud of every good grade that we earn. Hi-De-Hi-De-Hi-De-Ho, Off to school we gladly go, Hi-De-Hi-De-Hi-De-Hi, Ours is but to question why, We are students out to learn about the world. We are students out to learn about the world. 30 Lines
