About This Author
Writing poetry allows me to exercise my imagination and share it with others. I strive to write for the benefit of the reader using carnival fun mirror images of my life's experiences.

Oaths of men implore most brave leave the shore in boats made for war. Some come home no more. Trained precisely right we worked day and night eager for the fight, psyched the aim was right. Our intent, to show they reap what they sow, set their souls aglow, into Hell they go. For victory fought from the sea, we sought the hostiles who shot. Was it all for naught? Now I only roam a beach, white with foam. I've read a dire tome of fear for my home. When time finds my end and to bliss ascend, No act I'll defend nor regret amend.
