Beleaguered blues, surreal, uptight, Surrounded on all sides, Forever putting up a fight, In strife, our fate abides. The days of woe knock at the door, We prepare for the coming war, The days of woe, The days of woe, No choice but do what we abhor. Beleaguered blues, surreal, uptight, We face an evil cur, Out of the shadows like the night, Nowhere to seek succor, With guns and knives, we set the guard, Although weary and battle-scarred, With guns and knives, With guns and knives, We're determined this way is barred. Beleaguered blues, surreal, uptight, Standing to fight the fear And with the enemy in sight Approaching fast and coming near We shoot to kill, we fire at will Combatants, this is not a drill, We shoot to kill, We shoot to kill, We kill to take another hill. 27 Lines
