Silence on Halloween at first glance, Costume inspection, the black cats dance, Monsters with empty treat bags advance. Horrible fearfulness grows madder, As if climbing a broken ladder, "Attack!" commands Halloween's adder. With costumes and masks straight out of hell, Innocents covered, coldly compel, Payment or curse upon where we dwell. 9 Lines Three Squared Poem=9 syllables by 9 lines.
