About This Author
Writing poetry allows me to exercise my imagination and share it with others. I strive to write for the benefit of the reader using carnival fun mirror images of my life's experiences.
Never Enough
There are never enough hours in the day,
For success breeds tasks that time will betray,
And disguises grandiose with dismay.

It's said if you ever hear yourself say,
There are never enough hours in the day,
Entertain some plans for a getaway.

So when my marriage was in disarray,
We found after weeks in a chic chalet,
There are never enough hours in the day.
