About Tehuti
Tehuti Avatar

I am an amateur writer of novels, serials, and novellas. Most of my work is in the genres of fantasy, mythology, drama, occult, GLBT, and erotica.

As I'm not seeking publication, I offer my work online for free reading. I'm not seeking stylistic critique so much as feedback from people who just like reading what I write. I love hearing what people think of my characters, plots, themes, etc., so if you have any comments or advice on those, feel free to share. I'm not hugely popular and often go many months without hearing from readers so I enjoy all the comments I get!

My interests are Ojibwa mythology, Mackinac Island, Egyptian mythology, Jungian symbolism and dream interpretation, ritual crime, fantasy writing, and various other things you can find in my personal bio, available just to the right. Please click to learn more about me and what I'm looking for in terms of readers and potential friends.

Feel free to hit me up if you're interested in any of these things, and enjoy my writing!

Tar! :)
The God's Visit
CODE: H (set in the Horus/Kemet storyline)

TAKES PLACE DURING (specific story): NA; prior to City Of The Sun (unwritten)

PAIRING: Ra/Pahet (M/F)

EXPLANATION: Aw, need I say it? I really REALLY wanted to do the whole "I'm a god, look upon me, fall down at my feet, now have hot steamy god-sex with me!" thing! The Greeks did it all the time! Why not the Egyptians...? (I THINK this pairing may have resulted in the birth of the demigod Weneg in the unwritten novel City Of The Sun, but I'm not sure by now.)

DISCLAIMERS: I'm not aware of any, though there may be some, this being a moderately older scene.

The God's Visit

Pahet slowly opened her eyes in a dream and looked up. Light poured down; a figure stood tall above, looking upon her, a radiance behind it. She blinked and could make out the features of a hawk, and a wide glittering sundisk pectoral upon its chest.

God Ra.

She stared at him, uncertain of whether to be afraid or not. The look he gave her was kind, however, and she felt him lightly touch her face. His eyes stared directly into hers. She smiled tentatively, and he smiled back.

He smiled at me. Am I blessed?

The god took a step back and his hands went to his waist. He untied the top of his kilt and removed it--so Pahet could now see him completely. The breath left her body and her eyes grew wide. She knew she shouldn't look at him--yet it was a dream--and he'd allowed her to see his glory, his might, and as he came toward her he slowly rose and became erect. Pahet could only marvel at him. He truly was magnificent, especially now, in full arousal. Yet--why had he shown her this, what did this dream mean when he presented himself to her--?

He touched her face again. She saw his eyes now and knew.

Me. The god desires me.

Surprise and awe. He touched her shift and somehow it removed itself so she was bare, and his light poured over her skin. She felt inadequate--and terrified--yet knew he must have his reasons.

He is God Ra. Anything he desires is his.

She looked at him, willing him her body and soul. He must have understood. His fingertips--warm as sunshine--caressed the curve of her breast. He stood over her cot--she obediently spread herself--and, descending to join her, the god mounted and entered her and their bodies joined as one.

Pahet gasped and arched at the pain. His hand lightly touched her belly and almost immediately the pain disappeared. Instead, now she felt a heat flowing all throughout her, filling her bones; his very skin seemed to sear her, and she could barely see for the blinding light. He kissed her, for the first time; she reached out for him, welcoming, welcoming the god into her body as he slowly began to thrust.

A blinding light had filled the house. Huy sat up with a hand to his eyes, blinking in bewilderment. Was it a fire? He felt warmth, but saw no smoke. The light was coming from the next room, where his daughter slept.

He rose and silently crept to the doorway. What could that light be? What was Pahet up to? He crouched down on his knees and peered inside.

His daughter still slept. Beside her bed, however, beaming with intense radiance, stood a figure, gleaming with gold and looking down on her with hawk eyes.

Huy stifled a gasp with his fist. A god! God Ra! Come to visit his house--his mind reeled. What could a god, one so important as this, want with him?

As if in answer, the god reached for his kilt, undid it, and let it fall.

Huy pulled back, stricken with fear. He'd seen the god naked, and he was sure Pahet had too. What now? What punishment awaited them? He could hardly think. God Ra didn't come storming in to find him, though, and he heard nothing from the next room. The silence was agonizing. Fearing what he might see, he nevertheless peered in again.

His daughter was naked. She lay on her back staring up at the sun god. He ran his fingers over her breast, and Huy saw her part her legs wide. The god straddled her cot. His member thrust out full and hard. He bent to kiss her.

Huy pulled back again. His heart hammered in his chest. No! It couldn't be! Such a thing never happened, not to common people like him; this had to all be a dream, or a hallucination, or perhaps some joke--

He squeezed his arm. It felt real. He could feel the tightness in his chest and throat, making him struggle to breathe. Yes, this was real. Could whatever was happening in the other room be real? He had to know. Shaking hard, he forced himself to look in again.

No, he couldn't believe it, not this that he saw, it couldn't be real! The god was making love to his daughter! Beaming radiant as the sun, he lay upon her, thrusting between her thighs. Pahet, as if in a dream, clasped him to her, her knees raised high so her legs embraced him. She stroked his back, and moaned to him like a lover; he murmured softly back and kissed her neck, gently fondling her breasts and running his fingers through her hair. She bared her neck and moved her head from side to side.

Her father pulled away. It couldn't be, but it had to be true. God Ra, God Ra himself had chosen Pahet to come to. He couldn't know how or why, but the god had. He felt fear, awe, and confusion all at once. Behind him, he could hear them now--the god's slow, even pant, Pahet's soft cries of pleasure. They continued for a long time, gaining speed only slightly; he could tell his daughter was getting ready to come as her cries grew more frequent, and the god's panting heavier. When the two sounds joined in unison he looked in once more--

And the god thrust, and his daughter screamed, and they threw back their heads and blinding light filled the room, scouring Huy's eyes and causing him to wince and squint them shut. He fell to the floor in a huddle and clasped his arms over his head, shaking and whimpering in terror.

Slowly, the light faded and died away. The dimness reasserted itself; Huy's ears strained to hear something, anything, to indicate what might be happening in the next room. He thought he could hear the sound of his daughter's cot moving slightly, a faint rustling; but he wasn't sure. The silence grew so loud that it made his ears ring; when he was just about ready to go mad from waiting there was another rustle, and Pahet's voice, crying urgently, "Father!"

He uncoiled from his crouch and leapt into the next room, the door barely hindering him. Pahet sat upright on her cot, clutching her shift to herself to cover her breasts. Her hair was disheveled and her eyes wide; Huy clutched her arm as he knelt beside her.

"Yes, yes, my little Pahet?" he barely managed to get out, his voice hoarse.

"Father, I--I had this dream." She looked about the room, seeming confused. "I dreamed God Ra came to me, and--and he'd chosen me--for some reason--it seemed so real--I think it was only a dream, but..."

Huy forced himself to hold his tongue. If she wanted to believe it was just a dream, perhaps it was for the best. But when she looked at him again he could tell she knew something wasn't quite right.

"...Why am I unclothed?" Pahet asked in a faint voice. She clutched the shift to her more closely.

Huy thought fast. "The heat," he blurted out. "It's so very hot tonight, my dear; you must have removed it yourself when only half awake. Perhaps, perhaps that's why you dreamed of the sun god also, why your room was so bright."

"That must be it." She flushed a little. "I'm sorry I woke you, Father. Maybe I'll go up to the roof where the air is cooler."

"Perhaps you should do that, my dear. I'll bring you something cool to drink, and you'll sleep better than before."

He turned to leave before she could change her mind. As he reached the door, though, she said something which nearly made the blood stop in his veins.

"Father--how did you know I dreamed my room was bright?"

He shut his eyes, and wished that he could think of a lie good enough to erase from his mind all that had happened.

This item is not looking for critique. It was written solely for entertainment's sake. Although a scene from a possibly longer story, it is complete in itself and unless otherwise stated there is not going to be any more of it written. Additional unrelated SCENES may be written, but single scenes themselves are complete as they are. So please do not expect more. If you are interested in reading the series which INSPIRED the scene, just look elsewhere in my portfolio and you should find something. (Use the "story codes" given in the scene headers. For example, "MI" = "Manitou Island" series.)

I am not looking for critique on grammar, spelling, style, sentence structure, flow, or the mechanics of writing. What I AM interested in is commentary on such things as characterization, plot, symbolism, theme, etc.--the deeper aspects of the story. I like to know if a scene is believable, if the characters are interesting, what you thought of how they interacted, if the writing evoked any emotions, things such as that.

Feel free to criticize, but just keep in mind that I'm working on more important projects and shared this just for fun and/or to illustrate character interactions, so I don't plan to revise it any time soon. Comments on the characters, theme, etc. are more than welcome.
